Work Life Balance

 

Deadlines, conflicting demands, increased accessibility, life and work.

These are the typical persons responsibilities and/or daily tasks. We all do it, but do we do it to the best of our balanced ability?

When it comes down to crunch time and you have your hands on the table and your feet on the ground and ready to take on the days tasks. Do you just go and do what comes first, or what is easiest? How do you prioritize your day? 

Make a list and use the number sequence to prioritize your tasks, revisit it throughout the day when your priorities change.

Get Focused
What is important to you, use that as your starting point. Prioritize and then set goals helps you focus on your targets.

Get Organized
Be aware of your patterns, and thoughts, ensure you are allocating your thoughts like you do with your priorities

Get Connected
Create and maintain a support system both inside and outside of work and family 

Get Going 
Commit to what you are doing and just do it! It is not about overloading your system. Instead it involves building personal excitement for what you do. It requires constant vigil to maintain a balance between work and your personal life.
